2. allowance ⇒ 补助 bǔzhù

3. overtime pay ⇒ 加班费 jiābānfèi

4. bonus ⇒ 奖金 jiǎngjīn

5. deduction ⇒ 应扣金额 yīng kòu jīné

6. income tax ⇒ 个人所得税 gèrén suǒ déshuì

7. provident fund ⇒ 住房公积金 zhùfáng gōngjījīn

8. social insurance ⇒ 社会保险shèhuì bǎoxiǎn

In China, an employee's salary typically consists of multiple components such as basic salary, allowances, overtime pay, and bonuses.

在中国，一个员工的工资通常包括基本工资、补助、加班费、奖金等多个部分。

Zài Zhōngguó, yí gè yuángōng de gōngzī tōngcháng bāokuò jīběn gōngzī, bǔzhù, jiātíbān fèi, jiǎngjīn děng duō gè bùfèn.

Besides these components, the salary also includes "five social insurances and one housing fund."

除了这些部分，工资里还包括了“五险一金”。

Chú le zhèxiē bùfèn, gōngzī lǐ hái bāokuò le “wǔ xiǎn yī jīn”.

The "five insurances" refer to five types of social insurance, which include pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, and maternity insurance.

“五险”是五种社会保险，包括养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险和生育保险。

“Wǔ xiǎn” shì wǔ zhǒng shèhuì bǎozhǎng, bāokuò yǎnglǎo bǎozhǎng, yīliáo bǎozhǎng, shīyè bǎozhǎng, gōngshāng bǎozhǎng hé shēngyù bǎozhǎng.

The "one fund" is the housing provident fund, which provides financial support for employees to purchase houses.

“一金”是住房公积金，是为员工买房提供的资金支持。

“Yī jīn” shì zhùfáng gōngjījīn, shì wèi yuángōng mǎifáng tígōng de zījīn zhīchí.
