How to speak formal business Chinese at work, but not sound too serious?

 (ha)

When used it at the end of a sentence, it can add emphasis or express excitement, relaxed, or a lighthearted attitude.

For example, saying something like "现在来我的办公室一下。(Xiànzài lái wǒ de bàngōngshì yíxià。)" (Come to my office now.)  comes across as very serious. It feels like I need to talk to you about something serious, or an order you can't refuse. It sounds a little disturbing.

But if you add a 哈(ha) at the end of the sentence, saying like “现在来我的办公室一下。(Xiànzài lái wǒ de bàngōngshì yíxià ha。)” conveys a casual or enthusiastic tone and feels more relaxed.

More examples like,

It sounds serious when you saying

三点去会议室开会。Sān diǎn qù huìyì shì kāi huì

Meeting in the conference room at 3 o’clock.

It sounds more relaxed when you saying
