Happy Lantern Festival! 

The Lantern Festival 元宵节 (Yuánxiāo Jié) marks the final celebration of the Chinese New Year, a joyful day filled with glowing lanterns (灯笼 dēnglóng), glutinous rice balls (汤圆 tāngyuán/元宵 yuánxiāo), and family reunions.

On this night, streets come alive with spectacular lantern displays and festive lantern fairs(灯会 dēnghuì). People stroll through illuminated parks and squares, admiring the beautiful lanterns (赏花灯 shǎng huādēng), solving riddles (猜灯谜 cāi dēngmí) attached to them, and enjoying traditional lion and dragon dances (舞龙舞狮 wǔlóng wǔshī).
