eBLCU.com is hosted by Continuing Education College of Beijing Language and Culture University. It focuses on cross-border distance Chinese international education and international promotion of Chinese culture. Up to now, the college has trained some 10,000 overseas paid students from more than 110 countries and regions around the world.
