The world is tuned in to the 2024 Olympic Games 奥运会(Àoyùnhuì), the ultimate international sports event!

This year, Paris 巴黎(bālí) is hosting the 33rd Summer Olympics夏季奥运会(xiàjì àoyùnhuì), with athletes运动员(yùndòngyuán) from 206 countries and regions competing in thrilling competitions 比赛( bǐsài).

From table tennis乒乓球(pīngpāngqiú) to swimming游泳(yóuyǒng) and gymnastics体操 (tǐcāo), the Paris Olympics is showcasing incredible performances. The best athletes will be awarded medals奖牌(jiǎngpái): gold medal 金牌(jīnpái), silver medal银牌(yínpái), and bronze medal 铜牌(tóngpái).
