Applying Qualification 1. Foreign citizens holding a non-Chinese passport;
2. Former Chinese citizens who have joined a foreign nationality for more than 6 years and meanwhile canceled the original Chinese nationality ;
3. Those who hold a high school graduate / degree certificate or equivalent certificate.

Application Materials 1. Application form Download
2. Degree Certificate: copy of the final degree certificate or studying certificate in an university
3. Transcript: original transcripts of the final degree (copies are not valid).
4. Recommendation.
5. Copy of the passport.
6. Copy of the HSK certificate (you can participate the entrance examination of the Network Education College if there isn’t a HSK certificate.)
